Developing a holistic Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, and wellbeing strategy can be complex. With so many domains of health, then adding in personal factors as well as wellbeing, often key aspects of a strategy can be missed or disproportionately covered. For example, wellbeing programmes are a key part of many organisations approaches but these will never replace health risks management in the workplace. As Steve Perkins has stated “you can’t yoga your way out of silicosis.”

Our recent blog shared our 5 key components of a health and wellbeing strategy  We’re really excited now to launch our holistic, gap analysis programme, this will give organisations a tool and the support to develop/review/continuously improve their health and wellbeing strategy.

In our current climate, a holistic approach to health is essential, for us to fulfill our roadmap to recovery we need to ensure we’re doing everything we can to look after our people and our industry.
