Supply Chain Health Improvement Scheme (SCHIS)
Our developed tool focuses on 4 key areas:
- Strategy and Leadership
- Risk Assessment and control
- Fitness for work and health surveillance
- Wellbeing
Each contractor will receive a gold, silver, bronze rating, an action plan for improvement and best practice will be extracted for case studies for you to promote and share. We can also offer coaching and follow up sessions to ensure recommendations are put into practice. As a client you will be given a dashboard so you can track and monitor performance of all your contractors.
This is a great way to promote collaboration and continuous improvement beyond legal compliance.
