The Construction Health Network

Whether you’re looking to raise discussion points, share best practices, or simply listen in, everyone is welcome (no sales pitches!).

Connecting construction professionals to improve workforce health across the industry.

The Construction Health Network brings together people who care about improving health in construction and want to make a practical difference.

Hosted by Construction Health & Wellbeing, the Network provides a space to share experience, hear from industry specialists and explore better ways to prevent work-related ill health.

Through regular online discussions, members can learn from real projects, exchange ideas and build relationships with others facing similar challenges.

Better conversations. Better practice. Healthier workplaces.

Improving workforce health is a challenge shared across the construction industry. Many organisations are working towards the same goals, often tackling similar problems and developing solutions that others could benefit from.

The Construction Health Network helps bring those conversations together.

Our sessions explore the issues affecting people across construction, with a focus on practical prevention and what works in real working environments.

We encourage open discussion, shared learning and the exchange of ideas that members can take back into their own organisations.

What do we discuss?

The Network explores a wide range of subjects affecting workforce health in construction, including occupational health and exposure risks, musculoskeletal health, mental health and psychosocial risk management.

We also look at how decisions made during project planning and delivery affect people’s health, and how organisations can strengthen prevention through better working practices.

Sessions draw on specialist knowledge, research and real examples from across the industry. Members are encouraged to bring their own questions and experiences, helping shape conversations that reflect the challenges construction professionals face.
