Putting the Health & Wellbeing into Safety.

Our core construction course for H&S and operational teams.

This one day, construction specific course is designed for people who already understand safety and want to apply the same discipline to workforce health. It helps teams understand the health risks found in construction and how to assess, control and monitor both physical and psychosocial hazards.

The course also looks at how individual health can affect work and performance, the role of occupational health and support, and the difference between individual wellbeing and the organisational conditions that enable people to thrive. The aim is to give people a practical understanding of what managing health like safety looks like in their own role.

Duration: Full day or two half days | Face to face or online
