Prevention Conversation

What are we missing?

Sometimes there is a clear concern to explore. In other cases, things may be working well and the opportunity is to keep raising standards.

Fatigue, absence, disengagement or increasing demand for support can all indicate that something needs attention. But a Prevention Conversation can also be used proactively to test current arrangements, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

CH&W brings an independent, construction specific perspective on what good looks like and where there may be opportunities to strengthen prevention, performance and workforce health.

Want a conversation?

Start by understanding the opportunity properly

We explore what you are seeing, what is already working well and where there may be gaps or opportunities to improve.

We look at how Physical Health Risk, Psychosocial Risk and Workforce Support may be affecting both people and performance, as well as how those risks are being governed across the business.

The objective is not always to find a problem.

Sometimes it is about giving leaders confidence that they are focusing on the right things, identifying where standards could be raised further and helping the organisation stay ahead of emerging risk.

What needs further attention

The conversation should give you a clearer view of your current position, what deserves further attention and where there may be opportunities to strengthen what you already have.

Sometimes the next step will be something your own team can take forward.

In other cases, it may point towards a Pressure Test, Health Risk Gap Analysis, ISO 45003 Gap Analysis or specific specialist support.

Start with a structured conversation.
